Two hours every two weeks series of Arabic calligraphy and Islamic art workshops open for all.
Learning the fundamental rules of Arabic calligraphy and the basics of calligraphy painting using different mediums and techniques to build up the confidence to make and paint your own Arabic calligraphy art artwork.
For those who attended the workshops already will continue learning the alphabets and exploring more acrylic calligraphy painting techniques
The workshops will involve using different mediums and techniques to build up the confidence to make and paint own greeting cards and artwork.
Children over 10 years subject to assessment.

The workshops runs four weeks cycle and will be running in two group simultaneously with different time slots and participants can register to either group

Awards / Accreditations
The course is not accredited. All participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance after attending 10 sessions and achieving 3 art projects.
£30 per person per month (two sessions of two hours every month)
+ £30 deposit of the start up kit refundable upon returning the whole kit complete and undamaged.
1. Do I need to have a previous experience ?
None whatsoever. You don't need even to know Arabic ! .. All you needs is your enthusiasm to learn new skill :)
2. Is there a minimum age to enrol?
10 years old
3. Does parents need to stay with their children?
No, the artist has an Enhanced DBS Check therefore he is allowed to look after children and teach them
4. Why there are two sets of days and dates?
Different people have different commitments and we wanted to give more calligraphy enthusiasts the chance to be able to attend the classes so we made two sets of the same workshop.
5. What do I need to bring with me?
All learners are provided with a start up kit (with deposit of £30).
After that learners have the choice to buy their own top up in the class or from any art supplier.
You are most welcome to bring your own tools and/or painting if you have any.

Places are limited to 6 individuals per class and your place is booked upon receiving payment.
